Stan Sweeney B.F.A. in Communication Arts and Design from VCU, Richmond, VA.  Stan paints a wide variety of subjects; sports in action, cycling, Tour De France bike racing, landscapes, marine scenes, wildlife, wild flowers and still life’s. Paintings are impressionistic or expressionistic in style and capture the subject matter with rich, vibrant colors. Inspirations come from traveling, triathlons, sea kayaking and art history.
